Hi guys,
I am from India but I am working in Dubai. I want to do an MBA here and I am confused about the University of Dubai and Hult.
Please advise, which is better?

Dubai has AASCB accreditation, which is the gold standard. Of course there are better programmes there, especially part-time. SP Jain is perhaps the best full-time MBA there.

What do you mean by "better?"
Certainly it would depend on your career goals. Duncan's right, you should look at the accreditation issues - but also take a look at each school's alumni network and see if the MBAs from those schools are working in the types of positions that you will be targeting.
SP Jain is a good option too, especially if you ever want to return to India.
Are you open to part-time and Executive MBA options? If so, Strathclyde has an excellent program there, as do Bradford and LBS.

Better? Well, the dictionary says "more desirable, satisfactory, or effective". I think that, given the choice between any MBA in Dubai I guess the internationally-accredited programmes like LBS and Cass will be better for most students.

Thank you.

Hey, since Hult now has AACSB accreditation and is in fact triple accredited, does this mean it's a better choice?

What are your goals?

I am still clarifying that but I am just curious about the relative quality of these programs.

University of Dubai will probably have a more robust network in the region. Hult's alumni will be more spread out internationally. Additional accreditations don't really have *that* much effect on 'relative quality.' It really depends on your goals - if it's to build a network and open yourself to career options in Dubai, then the University of Dubai will probably be the better choice. If your goals are more internationally oriented, Hult might be worth considering.

I had a good conversation with a recruiter from Hult and I am thinking about applying. Is there another program in the same price range that I can also apply to as a secondary option? I am on a budget.

If you want to work in the UAE, then SP Jain is certainly a better programme. For marriage, Hult.
