The Danish Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation hereby confirms that it is fully legal for the private organisation International Business School of Scandinavia to offer a-MBA program.

The MBA title is not restricted to the official university educations and there for legally be given to those that graduate from a private MBA-programme.

Honestly all of this answered on other posts about IBSS. Are you having trouble using the search function on the board.

IBSS is able to issue non-degree certificates that say MBA. These are not degrees, and diligent employers will not consider them to be degrees. Can you post the letter online somewhere?
