Executive MBA in UAE

Hello! I am interested in doing an eMBA, and I am based in UAE. I am looking into Hult as well as SP Jain. Should I also consider the offering from Cass or another provider? Please let me know your opinions.

This depends on your goals. According to the FT, the top schools in the UAE are Insead, LBS, Cass and then, after a long gap, Hult. http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/executive-mba-ranking-2018

As an alumnus, oddly enough, of three of those four schools I'd recommend investing in the best school for your goals.

Thanks for the input! Judging by the rankings information, would you say that Cass would be a better choice than Hult? I am primarily looking for (1) career growth, (2) networking within the oil industry, and (3) exposure to new management techniques.

There are also the 'local' providers (compared to international schools that have set up campuses there), which you could also explore.

The University of Dubai and the American University in Dubai, for example.

Also the American University of Sharjah and Abu Dhabi University, depending on what's local for you.

MBS does not offer an EMBA in the UAE, I think.

Can anybody advise about doing the Hult MBA in Dubai? I am from China but I will be in Dubai for several years and this seems like a good option.

I think Duncan's 2019 overview of the program rankings roughly still stand. The Hult program is ranked, which is good, but not as high as the other schools mentioned above.

I guess since Hult has a campus in China that might be a positive, if you are thinking about eventually returning home. Although if that were the case, there might be better options.

I suggest doing an analysis of Hult's alumni network to see how closely it aligns with your prospective goals. Maybe look at some of the alternative programs as well to see if one might be a better fit.
