My name is Omar Khalifa, an Engineer living in Egypt, with almost 13 years of experience in the fields of Energy, Oil & Gas and construction.
Most of my career assignments were in Sales and Business Development, and my current title is Regional Sales Manager in a well positioned multinational company in the field of Energy and Electrification.
I am looking for an affordable online MBA, that is accredited by at least one of the three major Accreditation firms, ultimately to be triple crown (but not a must).
The reason why i have chosen a distance MBA, cause here in Egypt, the only accredited and solid MBA is the one in AUC, yet it is drastically and unjustifiably expensive.
Having said, i started my research mainly in Europe universities, for many reasons, such as to avoid time zones differences in the live events, to have the chance to visit the campus or even attend one course there, etc.
MMU pops up as one obvious option, as it is triple crown and relatively affordable (14,000 Sterling), followed by Bradford, which ,i believe has stronger curriculum but comes with additional 5,000 Sterling which is translated to 100,000 EGP difference, and to be honest both are triple crown and online, so i dont see the price difference worth it.
My main goals out of the MBA :
1-From an accredited university (CV with an accredited university has it influence in Egypt and the region)
2-To personally learn and enhance knowledge in the fields of Finance,Economics and Managament.
3-To be able to promote myself across the country and the region
4-Relocation to UK is not one of my current expectations from the MBA
I Would really appreciate your feedback on MMU in prticular, and to advise regarding other options that are distance, accredited and in the same price range +-10-15-20%
