ESSEC to Offer an MSc in Analytics with Ecole Centrale Paris

Program to launch in fall 2015

France's ESSEC Business School and Ecole Centrale Paris have announced that they will launch a joint MSc program in Data Science and Business Analytics.

The program "will focus on IT tools, quantitative analysis, the understanding of the economic environment and the way for the decision-maker to develop within the company armed with this knowledge," according to a statement from ESSEC. The curriculum will feature specialized classes, allowing students to prepare for careers as business analyst consultants, data scientists, and more.

The program will also include an internship and a dissertation. It will be delivered through a joint partnership between the Ecole Centrale Paris and ESSEC's new Center of Excellence for Digital Technologies.

The new MSc is designed for students with international profiles who hold Master's degrees or higher. It's set to launch in fall 2015. Applications will be open until June 2015.
