Birmingham Launches Two New MSc Programs for 2014

New 1-year programs focus on finance and management

The UK's Birmingham Business School has announced that it will launch two new MSc programs this year: an MSc in Financial Management and and MSc in Management

The MSc in Financial Management will help students "acquire critical knowledge of corporate finance and foreign exchange markets," according to the course webpage. Compulsory modules include "Financial Modelling Techniques," "Advanced Corporate Financial Management," and "Financial Statement Analysis for Investors," among others.

The MSc in Management is a more general program, but will allow students to pursue pathways in "Entrepreneurship & Innovation," or "Strategy."

Both programs are 12 months long and are aimed at recent graduates. Applications are open for both programs; both programs begin in September.
