New program will take 16-24 months to complete, launches in January

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga's College of Business will launch an online MBA program beginning in 2014.

The new program will start in January and take between 16 and 24 months to complete. Curriculum details and course delivery methods have not yet been announced, but the program will be based on the school's in-class MBA program.

To apply, candidates must have at least three years of work experience and a minimum GMAT score of 450 (the average GMAT score of admitted candidates is 500, according to the course application web page.) Applicants can opt to take the GRE instead of the GMAT.
