Xavier University's Williams College of Business in Cincinnati, Ohio, will offer a new MBA concentration in values-based leadership starting this year, according to a press release.
The new concentration aims to help students make more responsible business decisions, and covers topics in ethics, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.
To complete the concentration, students can select three courses from a number of options, such as "Ethical Issues in Marketing," "Principles of Leadership," ""Health Industry Law and Ethics," and "International Ethics," which includes a study trip to London.
