Scholarships valued at $175k; will help students get startups off the ground

Entrepreneurial-minded Students attending the MBA program at the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business now have the opportunity to apply for a new scholarship package.

The new scholarships, which are provided through an on-campus venture labs foundation, will provide students with resources to help get their new business ideas off the ground.

The total value of each scholarship package is $175,000, which covers academic expenses and includes acceptance into the Texas Venture Labs accelerator program. Recipients will also be considered for a summer internship.
