New topics cover sustainable innovation, negotiation, and change management

The Rollins - Crummer Graduate School of Business has recently announced plans to add three new topics to "Mini-MBA" certificate program. The new focus areas include the following:

Sustainable Innovation will help students address moving beyond business as usual, as well as the "triple bottom line" (profit, people, planet.)

The Art of Negotiation addresses the importance and basics of negotiation.

Change Management: Managing through Change focuses on techniques to guide teams and organizations through change.

Rollins' "Mini-MBA" is aimed at experienced managers who need to quickly update their business knowledge and their managerial toolkit. The 18-week program covers a range of topics, including law and ethics, managerial accounting, and strategy.
