New program will include study trips to emerging markets; begins September 2011

ESSEC Business School in Cergy-Pontoise, France has announced it is launching a new "Global MBA" program in September 2011 that will focus on challenges like energy, health care, and transportation in emerging markets.

The 12-month, full-time program will involve learning trips to emerging markets in Africa, as well as India, China, Singapore, and Eastern Europe.

According to ESSEC, program applicants will "ideally" have about six years of work experience, two in a managerial position.
