The China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) has this week opened its new Beijing campus.
The campus, which essentially doubles the school's capacity in China, is located on Beijing's Zhongguangcun Software Park. It's a bit of a return to the roots for the Chinese school, whose predecessor, the China-EC Management Institute, started operating in Beijing in 1984. With the campus, CEIBS deepens competition with several other prominent Beijning-based schools, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, and Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) .
According to the school's website, its Beijing campus will initially offer an EMBA program, while the MBA campus in Shanghai will offer its MBA program, but that may change, eventually.
For more information, please see the CEIBS website.
