HI,
I am currently attending a college in Washington state. While studying, I met some friends who are starting up an investment firm in China and wanted me to join them. So, I was thinking to quit college for now and come back to University after working with them for at most 3 years. Will it be a good choice? And will I get into a good business school just with that working experiences? how should i prepare to get into a good university if i were to join my team? I can prepare for some exam like SAT within that time
Work first school later?

For MBA programs, most business schools will only look at work experience that you accrued after you attained your first degree.
So if you're planning on quitting school now, working for three years, and then finishing your bachelor's degree afterwards, business schools will most likely not consider that work experience as part of your application.
If your goal includes an MBA, it's better to finish your first degree, get at least three years of work experience, and then applying for the MBA.
