I got an admit from UNC too today. UNC is the better choice, no? My goal is to work in the US in a technology company.

UNC seems like a better choice. It is well regarded, better than Iowa. The location is far better than Tippie and so are the career outcomes.

If you want to work in a US Tech firm, then RTP should be an ideal spot for you, go with UNC. and as Duncan suggested - use LinkedIn to find out career trajectories of graduates from both schools.
