Small business owner ISO best accredited MBA for least $$

I'm doing research on best program for me. It's more a personal goal to get my masters, although not sure if it should be an MBA. I'm a restaurant owner since 1998 and struggling to decide if it's worth the money. Have looked into National, Pepperdine, Point Loma Nazarene, and after a few discussions here, also looked into UT Permian and LSUS. Thanks in advance for the feedback.
