Hello,
I am currently studying for my GMAT to apply for 1st deadlines this year.
Below is my current stat.
1 year of operation assistant manager
8 months of Production Coordinator
2 years of Import Coordinator
CSCP holder
Undergrat GPA : 3.30
I know... I moved 3 different companies and it does not look good...
Assuming I get between 690~720 on GMAT, will I be able to have a good chance for below schools?
Rutgers
NYU
Columbia
U Penn
MIT
U Chicago
UCLA
Stanford
Also, do you recommend focusing on general rank of the school or what it specializes?
Thank you!
Recommendation Please!

No, I don't think you would be a competitive candidate (at these schools) without a few years' more work experience.
Focus depends on your goals.
PS take a look at Shortcut to find the best US MBA www.find-mba.com/board/36065 I'd say that Michigan State University Broad College of Business or Ohio State University Fisher College of Business might be more realistic.

Sorry, when you say you're applying for first deadlines, do you mean round 1 deadlines? In that case, most round 1 deadlines have already past for the fall 2016 intakes. If you were looking at fall 2017, that's a different story: I think that with your work experience at intake (4.5 years or so), plus a solid GMAT score, a school in the Rutgers class might be within your reach. I'd say that without a GMAT score at the high end of your projected range (720+), the others are most likely reach schools for you.
