Most schools will prefer applicants with three years' work experience. Some schools with IS concentrations and average GMAT scores at, or below, your score are:
Rochester Institute of Technology (Saunders) (NY)
University of Connecticut (CT)
University of Texas--Dallas (TX)
Baylor University (Hankamer) (TX)
Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey--New Brunswick and Newark (NJ)
Iowa State University (IA)
University of California--Irvine (Merage) (CA)
University of Arkansas--Fayetteville (Walton) (AR)
Southern Methodist University (Cox) (TX)
University of Maryland--College Park (Smith) (MD)
Contact schools directly to discuss financial aid. I would imagine that it will be hard to get scholarships, so work on campus and loans will be the most likely forms of financial aid.

Good list, Duncan. Irvine and Smith are two decent schools with good placement in information systems and information technology. I'd add Pittsburgh - Katz to the list; the school's got a decent concentration in information systems and has placed grads with firms like IBM and a few online banking companies.
Otherwise, the best MBA programs in information systems (Temple - Fox, Boston University, Carnegie Mellon) are going to be out of reach for you, based on your GMAT and work experience.
Financial aid will depend on the school, so you should contact financial aid departments directly. Scholarships are hard to get, unless you have something really unique about your profile.
