MS in Human Resource Management

Hi...
I am interested in Human Resource Management...I stay in NJ and I found an MS in HRM program at the Rutgers University...can anyone tell me if this MS degree will be treated the same as an MBA degree in HR by the employers....how would you rate this MS degree in HR at the Rutgers?
