MBA in a GOOD B SCHOOL for a FRESHER

Hi everyone,i am a college graduate preparing for GMAT.
My problem is i do not have any prior work experience and would like to apply for a good B school(i am not looking for an average B school)
so hypothetically if i get a good GMAT score(>750) will that be enough for me to get admitted to a top B school?

It's really very unlikely that on the basis of a very strong GMAT a top school would admit someone without work experience. SOme of the private US schools have flexibility there, especially for people who have done their undergraduate degrees at the same school. In practice, you should look for masters in management degrees which are aimed at people without work experience.

and one more question what exactly WORK EXPERIENCE means?
is it in a corporate world sense or business sense(like if u work in a hotel for the same 2 yrs and this work doesn't really reflect what u have studied)

Most of the strong schools with MiM programmes are on this ranking: http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/masters-in-management-2011

Work experience is typically full-time work experience after graduating. Even in hotels. Of course if you've worked at Gold Sachs that will look better.
