Hi All,
Let me give a brief about my qualifications.
Under Graduation - B.Tech. (Information Technology)
Post Graduation - MBA (General Management) from one of the top colleges in India
Work Experience - 16 months in Corporate IT (Vendor Management)
Due to personal reasons I would be relocating to the US late next year. I plan study Business Analytics to pursue a career in the area.
Should I go for M.S. or specialized MBA or are there any other options? Which colleges have courses in my area of interest ?

Your work experience is a bit low for a full-time MBA program, as most business schools will need at least 3-4 years of experience (to be competitive at the ranked programs you'll need about 4+ years...)
It depends on where you'll be in the US, but a number of business schools offer specialized master's-level programs in analytics - NYU - Stern, McCombs, Rochester, Notre Dame...
Also, schools like ASU - Carey offer online programs in the field.
