i'm about to finish my mba[general] in paris next month.i'm basically from india n have done my engg there n have 2 years work exp there in a software company.now i want to do a specialization in mba for one year in us.
can u plz tell me which is the best suited coll or university for mein the very immediate intake.
i don't have any gmat or toefl.

Sorry Shrishu, I did not understand well, so you are currently doing a general MBA in Paris, and you'd like to continue right away with a second MBA in the US? Are you sure this is a good idea? In the first place I would have a problem with the costs..
Anyway, regarding your question: You might find a US school not requiring GMAT for apllication to MBA, but I don't think there is any possibility without a TOEFL. Sorry for the bad news

Shrishu, the school you choose will depend on the specialization you choose. Some schools are better for some specializations than others.
You may be able to find a school that will waive the GMAT requirement because you already have a general MBA, but it is not likely that they will waive the TOEFL requirement unless the program you took was one taught in English and you are fluent in English. You would have to ask the schools themselves if they would waive the test requirements. It is worth asking about.
