I would say that it is an interesting value plus for your profile to do a European MBA as an American citizen.
After all, Latin American, European or Asian students tend to integrate in their career some experience in a foreign country, but students from US not so much - so with a European degree you will stick out and show a special ability to adapt to different environment. It certainly adds to your qualification to get a close look on European business style.
