Just getting out of undergrad; my experience, for various reasons, was not a pleasant one. This had its affects on my grades which averaged between a B and B+. Tier 2 school.
With new perspective, and hopefully opportunity, I would like to enroll in a tier one MBA program. However, I don't have the grades or any connections that will get me in.
I was giving thought to completing an MBA at a tier 2 or tier 3 (not convinced there would be much a difference if my goal is to enter a tier 1 program) school, and then apply to a tier 1 afterward. FYI, an MBA at my current school or a specific 3 tier school would take 2 semesters because of transferable classes from undergrad.
I plan on working in between each step; having roughly 3-4 years work experience at a minimum before I would apply to a top MBA.
Questions: Can I get 2 MBAs? (if I can only get 1 mba) Given my situation, how could I get into a top MBA program? Also, any suggestions?
I would appreciate any advice, Thanks!

I think it's possible to get 2 MBAs, but what's the point.
I think you'll be better off doing master degree, then work for 3-4 years, then go for MBA.
Or
Do MBA, then subsequently go for PhD.
MBA is expensive! And also don't forget your opportunity cost.
Btw, it doesn't matter where you got your MBA, as long you know how to leverage on it properly.
Most successfull businessmen don't have Ivy league MBA.

Tier 1 MBA Programs generally will not accept you if you already have an MBA (doesn't matter where it's from).
