I have got offers from Kent, Exeter, Nottingham, Glasgow (Adam Smith) and Sheffield for upcoming September 2014 intake.

I have 4.5 years of work experience in IT, IELTS - 7.5, and is looking for 1 year general MBA from UK.

Though university's ranking on FT and timeshighereducation says a lot, but your opinion will also help me in gaining better insight and making right thought process before deciding the one.

Personally, I would take Nottingham over Sheffield if I wanted to work in the UK.
