What are your goals? For example, most pre-experience people hired by consulting firms will have rounded degrees in management rather than soft-skills focussed consulting degrees.

Use LinkedIn to identify people from India who have made that transition into tech consultancies in your target markets. Which degrees have they taken, at which schools?

You should also take into account that many large consultancies put less experienced new consultants through an intensive training bootcamp in their first few months where they learn specific consulting skills. I had c. 20 days in house training in my first year in IT consulting plus a further five weeks external IT training with a third party. I think Duncan is right in suggesting you avoid a consulting specific degree.
