Generally, I think an MBA without work experience doesn't make sense. Most people here will agree to that, just check the forum discussions.

In those threads you can see links to the FT rankings that show you the average salaries for MBAs and MSc degrees in Business and Management (MBMs). So people won't be very quick to answer questions were you can find out the answer easily.

i know that..and i'v seen all the links that you hav send me.....but you know MSc is still not a hype in india comparing it abroad
i know that it will benefit me abroad but what if in the long run i want to come back to india i know i'm a bit confused but you know i want the best for me and u know my requirements

Hi Atisht,
I can understand your situation. If you are planning to come back to india or middle east i would suggets you to go for MBA but if you are planning to stay in uk i would suggest MSc.
But you would need to identify your priorities well in advance.

no as of now i'm planning for uk only...but i'm worried about longer run approx after 5 years of my MSc i hope i'l get good options in india as well....atleast this much experience counts in india??

Yes the work experience does help a lot in your career progression. so when r u planning to join your masters is it sept 2011 or next year?
