You can't attend an accredited MBA in Europe with less than three years work experience.

I think Trinity College Dublin is you best bet to do MBA.

You'd probably want to get your GMAT score in the 650 range for Trinity. But honestly, I think your work experience will be a deal-breaker, as the average MBA student there has around 6 years.
