seems like you will only get the MBA Certificate and have to be back to your home country for job prospects.

Visa rules in the UK for international students have become more restrictive over the past few years. The visa category that allowed students to stay in the UK and work for up to two years after graduation is closing in 2012. You'd need to apply for a "tier 2" visa - and to get this you'll have to be hired either while you're in school or shortly after graduation.

The more stringent requirements will definitely make it harder for international students to stay if they don't have jobs by graduation. Basically, you'd have to hit the pavement and network while you are in school and try to line up a job quickly. And you're more likely to be able to do this if you're going to a top school like LBS than a lower tier one - and your English should be at fluency level.

Chances of staying back in UK are less these days, however we are hoping this to improve in coming years (mainly for high skilled candidates)
However it will also depend on the University you would be joining.
