Hello, I am currently holding an offer letter from the University of Aberdeen for MBA. Is it a good university for post-graduation studies in business and management? I am also concerned about the job prospects.

No, there is neither demand for Freshers MBAs in the UK, nor for international students from schools without international accreditation. Assuming you have little work experience, look at schools in the Financial Times MIM ranking if you want to work in the UK.
