I would go for Wariwick DL MBA because
1.The Manchester Business School has recently fallen in rankings but short up in tution fees, but Warwrick has improved aggressively.
2.Manchester Global MBA has fewer elective modules
3.The Wawrick MBA is affilited to more powerful international exchange MBA programmes such Chicago Booth
4.More scholarships on the Warwrick MBA DL
5.Warwick MBA has more flexibility mode of attendence;you can even start as DL but end up on the Executive class,or start as full time and end on either executive or DL MBA class if you relocate suddenly.
6.Manchester University has no executive MBA;the Manchester MBA may be missing out the input from the executive students working in the real business world whose feed back may contribute greatly to the continous improvement of the Global and Fulltime MBAs.

Sometimes, i just wonder how the hell some of these guys get into those schools in the first place and still manage to get out.
When i talk to people i first have to see if the lad is a normal human being and not a dis-functional nutter whatever the credentials he/she possesses
