Looking for a career shift

Hi Everyone,

A brief about my profile:

73% in bachelor's in Engg in 2005, worked till 2008.

Career gap from 2008 to 2015 due to family commitments.

Re-started in 2015 as content writer, gradually got into meatier roles and as of Jan 22, I resigned as a project manager in an edtech. Just freelancing to keep myself busy as a trainer.

I want a lucrative career ( a good pay package + challenging role) but confused whether to do a MBA or Master's. At 38, I am at cross roads on how to proceed.

Any suggestion is highly appreciated. I am eyeing something in Finance sector

:)

This sounds like a conversation to have with a careers counsellor. Can the careers services team at your former university recommend one to you? A degree is *not* a career goal. Focus on your values and goals. Maybe a degree is not what you need.
