Both of those cities have more than one MBA programme. Assuming that you're talking about Newcastle and Sheffield universities, then Newcastle is the better choice.
What are your goals? Why those two programmes?

So sorry.
First one is university of sheffield
Another is university of newcastle
On the website of sheffield university, all their mba students are given a opportunity to work in an organization in the uk. And their management school has triple accreditation.
But i really do not know university of newcastle.
So how to choose. Can you help me? Thank you very much.

Sheffield doesn't claim on its website that "all their mba students are given a opportunity to work in an organization in the uk", but what does that mean? A job application is an opportunity, and you don't need an MBA to apply for a job.
Both schools have EQUIS and AMBA accreditation, which are the key ones in Europe. But Newcastle has been in The Economist and the FT top 100 global rankings at times over the last decade (Sheffield has not).
Do you want to work in the UK? In that case you should aim for one of the MBAs in the FT's top 100.

I think that the quote you are referring to about Sheffield giving opportunities to work with an organization in the UK refers to the hands-on component in the MBA program. You can do this in place of a dissertation.
