Wow - so both. Well that is a huge shift. They are closing down the option to accelerate the Executive MBA (to do it on one year) and then offering a full-time programme at Reading. That's good news for Ashridge, its closest competitor.

Will you please send soft copy of the broucher for FT 2012 since it is not available on Henley website

I have been through the Henley Business School website and in admissions there is no mention of GMAT requirement. Is it not required?

Dear Duncan/Maubia,
I am joining Henley FT 11 from 19 Th Oct. It is really a diverse cohort. Students of various nationalities and specialized in diverse field is really something unique in "Henley" all have high level working experience and course is very well structured for senior managers. I think it would be a real life changing experience. Thanks everyone for contributing on this post which, really helped me in deciding for my MBA.

HI Gaju,
Great to know things are going good at Henley, can you share some details of your Batch - Number of students and about placements of the previous class.
How are things for people from NON EU background - are they finding decent employers ??
Also - if possible - how much placement is through career services assistance and your assessment of career services at Henley.

Well Alok!!!
Let me first thanks to all of them who had given their valuable inputs on this post. I have completed almost three weeks at Henley Business School and I am happy to say that I have taken the best decision Joining 'Henley MBA'
Course is intense and workshops are spread for entire day from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm sometime until 6 pm. but at the end of the day everyone is fresh with no sign of tiring. It is best place to work with high performing teams.
excellent curriculum, best faculties, beautiful and wide spread campus with all amenities, 24x7 study rooms etc...
in a class of 30 we have 15 nationalities which, indicates the diversity.
with respect to job prospects few students from the last batch have already got their job before completion of MBA and few are awaiting for submission of Management Challenge.

How do people feel about being the last full-time cohort in Henley itself? The students and programme will be very different next year...

Dear duncan,
you post seems to suggest some changes from next intake, as I was planning for a 2012 intake - could you please share some insights.

Read the first page of this discussion. The full time program at the Greenlands campus is being replaced by a cheaper new MBA based at Reading.

Hi Duncan,
Students feel very happy for the reason that we are luckey to get what we wanted from Henley. Next batch will be much younger but it will have experienced Managers too. White Night Campus will also be managed by 'Henley' which is a well percieved brand in Europe. Faculties are same and curriculam is also quite similar only difference is it will be more lecture based. I hope it will do better since this year they had 50% more admissions in Msc (Management) UOR has also climbed up this year in university rankings.

Well, the facilities are not exactly the same: the Henley campus is a beautiful country home used only for executives, and Whiteknights is a busy university campus dominated by undergraduates. I don't think there will even be a separate MBA building. The GMAT score is being lowered from 640 to 600, I believe, and the younger age profile also means that the new MBA will be aimed at the 'entry level' functional MBA jobs rather than senior general management roles.
