This is a very small school. And a very new university, in a very remote part of Wales, or the border with England. It will be cheap. On the main ranking of British universities, it is 113th of 122 universities about which the Times could get enough data.
If you look at
http://extras.timesonline.co.uk/stug/universityguide.php all the trends seem to be worse - including a growth in student numbers without a major growth in funding. For management, it is 113th out of 116 universities. http://www.guardian.co.uk/education/table/2011/may/17/university-guide-business-management-studies
I think if any other British university is an option then educationally, it will be better.
