You might be better off taking an MSc in management and then coming back to go an MBA at a better school which requires work experience.

For a good ranking of pre-experience UK business schools, look at:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/education/table/2011/may/17/university-guide-business-management-studies

On that ranking, Sunderland and Coventry are the ones to focus on. I think the employment situation will be much better in Coventry.
