I had an interview at Cranfield a little under 18 months ago, and got in. Tips? Google MBA interview questions and think how you'll answer them. Typically you'll be asked why you want to do an MBA and why at Cranfield, about your career to date, what you might like to do next and how the MBA can help you with that. Sometimes you may be sent a question in advance and asked to present about it for maybe five minutes. You may also be questioned on the viewpoint you express on that topic, so think ahead about what you could be asked and how you might respond.

This is key - try not to come up with generic answers about why an MBA will help you - but rather why the Cranfield MBA is right for you. Think about the qualities of the program, and how they will enable you to excel.

Think of your career as an arc - and come up with a narrative to explain how the Cranfield MBA will help you get to the next step.

Also, I'd encourage you to think about your application's weak points - whether your GMAT is on the low side, or your undergrad GPA wasn't great, for instance - and come up with ways to explain these potential problems.
