For the Benefit of those Evaluating BATH.
Below is the collection of the many contributors on their views of the BATH MBA program taken from the many discussion forums

BATH STRONG POINTS FROM FORUM DISCUSSIONS
1. Bath MBA was very reputable in all organisations I worked for.
2. Just to clarify, Bath is in England, not Wales, and is in the South West of the country, very close to Bristol. All three programmes are ranking among the top 100 programmes in the world in the FT's latest global MBA ranking. Bath has a particularly lovely location in a beautiful and historic city.
3. Rankings as per FT EU: Bath's MBA ranked 23rd.
5. Bath is also a very reputed and good MBA program...although not triple accredited. I have seen it is ahead of all of the rest in economist rankings and gives very good salaries and growth..
6. EIU does rank Bath very highly, Increase in salary - rank 8, Post-graduation salary - rank 11, Final salary - rank 14
7. FT is not that magnanimous though: Career progress rank 49, Employed at three months (%) 81 ( 77), Placement success rank 95
8. Bath seems to have the more experienced students (average age of 33) and has been in rankings for years (especially in FT rankings).
9. I think you should think carefully about what Bath and Durham are like as places to live. I come from the South West (Bath, in fact), so I'm probably horribly biased, but I would still prefer to be in Bath than Durham (having spent some time there as well). Durham is a very pretty, very nice town (and not far from Newcastle), but I personally would find it too small and a little bit boring. Bath is a bit bigger, has Bristol on its doorstep, and is only an hour and half away from London.
10. Bath is definitely much highly regarded than Aston..Don't just follow the FT or Economist Rankings...but go through the Times Rankings (UK) for 2010..(just Google it)..Bath comes third in UK..in Business studies..above many other Univs/schools..
11. Bath is located at Swindon which is semi-rular
12. Bath University is highly regarded in UK & is ranked 3rd in Business studies by Times rankings..so these are good reasons to select Bath are..
13. Strong reputation by the employers in UK
14. Small class size
15. Good career services
16. Very strong in Marketing (5th in the world)
17. Located in a small place..so lesser cost of living
18. Very competitive tuition fees (19k GBP)
19. Good cohort..with high work-exp..which gives an excellent opportunity to learn..the practical aspects of corporate business.
20. Working on AACSB accreditation, so its likely to get the Triple crown (AMBA, EQUIS & AACSB)-This information is given by the alumni.
21. So..dear if u get into Bath..its really worth considering. However if your plans are to come back to India..Immediately after your MBA..Then consider Tier-I schools only..Otherwise try to work there..gain some international experience..& then return back...definitely you're likely to get your dream job
22. bath is very transparent on the employment scene with names of companies actively recruiting on campus listed on the website
23. BATH MBA heard that it offers Fantastic Career services..& the proximity to London also counts
24. Pros-Very strong name & reputation in UK.
25. Very strong in Marketing (5th best in the world..!)
26. Small class size.
27. Ranked high (3rd in Business studies)..amongst the UK ranking parameters.. (Times Rankings)
28. Prefers a high average of age & work-exp
29. Strong career services and summers.
30. Yes there definitely is a significant difference. Bath is in a league of its own and the selection process is very competitive. A degree from bath will fetch you more prospects that a degree from Bristol. Bath is more reputed than Bristol!
31. Bath is much better that Aston
BATH WEAK POINTS
1. Bath is in Wales and most students are on company sponsorship or an academic sabbatical
2. it doesnt seem to have "triple ranking rating"
3. The Bath MBA is not very much known by the Indian employers.
4. brand- it is a relatively new university in Indian minds
5 Located in a very small..old heritage town.
6. Double accredited (AMBA, EQUIS)

Hey Common guys,

We have just found 2 guys, who have made it to Bath. This is a Shocking piece of information. I am sure there are some more. Common guys & raise the Bar.

@UKMBASEEKER- What an Extraordinary piece of complilation of facts about Bath & its 'Status'. Its seems Bath has not done its proper Marketing. A top-5 Global b-school in Marketing has done a Weak Marketing of itself..or may be that Bath thinks that..'Who Cares?'

FYI there is a Business Week, B-School Comparator & Bath has the 3rd HIGHEST POST-MBA SALARY (European schools) of $132,450.

Awesome figures..!
