Advise needed regarding MSc offer selection

I have been working as a software developer in India for over the past two years and i wanted to foray into management in IT. Seeing that an mba is better for people with previous managerial experience i zeroed in on MSc in management instead. I have received offers from UCD, University of Newcastle and University of Liverpool. I have received scholarships from both Liverpool and Newcastle I’ve seen that UCD has a very good career services dept as well as Ireland being better fit for the IT field with ample opportunities available there. I am leaning into going with UCD but the accommodation expense is making it more expensive than both Liverpool as well as Newcastle. Should i consider Newcastle or Liverpool instead or is UCD that much better to justify the initial investment.

I assume you're thinking of working back in India after graduating from a Masters degree? In the UK, there isn't really a need to have a Masters to go into 'IT management'. If you're in the software development domain then learning about product management, agile, DevOps etc will probably be more useful to you in the medium term if you only have two years work experience.
