An online MBA won't help you with any immigration application (except maybe in Canada). Neither of these having meaningful international accredition from AACSB, AMBA or EQUIS.They are not are better than cheaper schools with one or more of those.

They mentioned that they are accredited by uk government and these universities are top 500 allover the work. what is the value of AACSB, AMBA or EQUIS. what is your advise for MBA or masters in Finance- distance learning ?

If you want honest answers, don't be defensive.
I think most people here would recommend business schools that are highly ranked. The quality of the school matters more than the university. That's why MBA graduates from Aberdeen earn less than MSc students from ranked, accredited business schools.

Every UK university is accredited by the government, even the worst ones, and that's true in most countries. Accreditation give higher than average quality.

An online MBA won't help you with any immigration application (except maybe in Canada).
That's worth re-iterating: in many countries (such as the UK or the US) doing a master's-level degree in that country will usually trigger eligibility for some kind of temporary, post-study work visa. An online degree will generally not work for this purpose (with the current exception of in Canada.)
However, if you are looking to immigrate based by other means (for example 'skilled worker' visas, which are available in some countries), a master's degree, whether online or in-class, may add some value. It won't be everything you need, but if you have other skills / or a background that is in demand, it may help a bit.
