I was wondering if it's a requirement to take the GMAT test to apply for an MBA in Europe?

Gmat Is not Mandatory in Europe
there are many good schools & top school & you can say reputed school's in Europe , especially in UK.. where you dont need GMAT to gain admission..

but yes if you are an oxford/cambridge dreamer Gmat is a must...those are tier one schools

if you looking at tier two schools ..you dont need GMAT..

if your GPA is not good & you dont have good work exp..GMAT can be +.. but again schools dont consider only GMAT, but your application as whole...

It is better to go to a known accredited school for an MBA and most of those schools require the GMAT.

However, there are some schools which also accept the GRE in lieu of GMAT. You can find the entire list here
