Maybe first decide whether you really need a specialized degree. Human resources, unlike other areas of business, does not necessarily require very specialized knowledge; many who want to break into this functional area find that a general MBA program, preferably from a ranked school, does just fine.
But if you feel like you do need something more focused, check out the ranked -- or at least internationally accredited -- business schools that offer concentrations in this area:
University at Buffalo
CUNY - Zicklin (offers a Organizational Behavior-Human Resource Management focus as part of its Management concentration.)
Depaul - Kellstadt
Michigan State - Broad
However, the general advice of "get into the best school you can" still stands.

Thank You so much Duncan and Ezra..
@Ezra : I am working as SAP HR functional consultant since two years so I want to further pursue my MBA in HR coz of functional knowledge I have gained in SAP HR. Moreover, knowing the process I am more interested in core HR. I shall surely keep in mind the advice of best schools you have given.
A general question - Which Is the best month to appear for GMAT considering the admission process of B-schools during Fall?

June or July feels very good. That gives you a few months to refine your target schools, or even retake, and then get your applications in as soon as the round opens in September.

Thanks Duncan,
Exam registered on 25th July. Now time to work hard.
Can you provide me links of essential study materials and how to start preparing for it.
Also I am planning to solve 5 mock tests every weekend. Kindly help me with best mock tests online.
Any other exam tips if you can give will be appreciated.
Thanks again.
