Which book used this quote from Buffett ?

you nitty

Greetings !
Part of the mandatory lectures from Sloan's MBA program was a book by John P. Kotter or Jim Collins or some other major PhD in the field.

The book contained the following quote from Warren Buffett but i cannot find it again and can't find similar quote on the web... As if the quote never existed. (Am i losing my mind !?)

"When some of my managers comes to me bragging that he's a "Solution Oriented" kind of guy, i fire him on the spot !"

It was related to a section of the book describing this tendency of many managers to address issues by getting rid of them instead of solving its root cause. (BTW if this has a name, i'd like to know it !)

Thanks for any help !

This doesn't sound like Warren Buffet. I don't think you will find this quote to be a citation from him.
