What is the best way to start working with teams and a big company like Nike? I am doing a bachelors right now in Marketing and then planning on doing an MBA in Sports Management. Is this the right way to go?

OU has a sports-related MBA, but I think it's focused more on the marketing side. The Oregon location would put you within arm's reach of Nike corporate.

I'd suggest doing a degree that's more general. Nike hires a lot of people, but probably from better schools than the ones that offer "Sports" MBA programs. It's just not necessary to have a focus on sports - something perhaps in marketing would be better. This kind of ultra-specialized degree can really limit your options in the long run.
