Wanted to ask for your views on my MBA odds as I will be applying for 2021 intake. How should I improve my profile before December?

Goal: transition to MBB to a country with more diverse industries and better exit opps vs. Canada

Age: 28, male

Nationality: Asian Canadian 

GMAT score: 730 (Q48, V42) - think I can do better in quant. Should I retake given my low GPA?

Undergrad: Top university in Canada, Business 

GPA: 3.19 - I was unfocused affected by death of immediate family during uni. Looking into taking local college quant courses or MBAMath.com to mitigate

Work: 5 years of corporate strategy in two global fortune 500 companies (big bank in Canada, global tech company),2 promotions, currently in a people-managing role

Extracurriculars: currently an executive member at an NGO supporting refugees, finance director at church, previously president of a student org. at undergrad

Target Schools: Kellogg/Booth/CBS (stretch), Tuck/Yale/INSEAD/LBS (target)

If you are taking a math class aim for one that will give you a transcript, which will help with your GPA. Don't wait until December to apply.
