My goal is to secure employment in an international Management Consulting firm such as McKinsey & Company. I'm open to working in different global locations.

Which program should I apply to and why?

a) the most prestigious American school I can get into

b) a school abroad, in English and/or Spanish

Is a concentration/specialization in Management Consulting necessary?

What is your background? McKinsey does not hire many people.

I'm a white American non-latina female with a BA from Rutgers in Psychology and Spanish with a 3.78 GPA.

And your work experience? I'm initially thinking that your best bet of working for McKinsey will be to study in the US, since you have the ability to work there without a work permit. So you're on the right track.

Work experience:
I graduated in 2008, so 5 years experience in various jobs, mostly small & new companies, with some experience in retail, websites, marketing, management of seasonal retail, some US Census work.
