Are MSM MBA program and AUC MBA program in the same level ?

They have the same accreditation but the AUC course will have better students and faculty. They are both priced fairly.

If your focus is on launching a business then perhaps a masters or Diploma in entrepreneurship might be more useful? I know HEC has a good online MSc option. London Business School has something too, an online course modelled on the entrepreneurship summer school.

I hate to say it, but you pay for what you get.
The two US schools you are looking at are solid and both have accreditation from AACSB, which means you will get a decent education. AACSB is good at only accrediting schools that offer a solid MBA.
However, in terms of what you're actually getting, the value of an MBA is more in the network and career services than the actual degree. The networks of the programs you are looking at will certainly be regional, centered around Texarkana Texas and Americus Georgia, which will do you little good where you are.
Knowing that, is one of these degrees a better option than just taking free online classes for the time being? What value will a paper degree have for you in your location / industry? These are the questions you should really be exploring.
