MBA with concentration in leadership

Is anybody aware of an MBA program that specifically offers a concentration in leadership? Preferably in the US, but I might also consider Canada or the UK as well. I've found that Pepperdine offers one, but I would rather do an MBA with better recognition. Boston University might be an option as well, but I am open to suggestions. Thanks!

The best schools for developing leadership skills won't have a formal concentration in leadership. Why does a formal concentration matter?

I was under the impression that a concentration would provide more robust leadership skills. Which, in your opinion, are the best schools for developing leadership skills, concentration or not?

I think the best business schools are best for everything. The sort of soft skills development, group work, cross-cultural exposure and project experience that you'd get at a top school is greatly superior to a specialist MBA in leadership like Washington or Brighton.

In general, I think that leadership skills are more effectively developed through hands-on, practical experiences rather than in the classroom. I am not sure what kinds of curriculum these concentrations in leadership feature, but if they don't have some kind of project or internship component, they will probably not be entirely effective.

From what I can see, it looks like the concentration at BU is actually more geared towards organizational management and change, rather than being purely leadership-based.
