Hello Duncan/All,

I got an admit for University of New Mexico's Full time MBA at Anderson School of Management.

Im looking to take up Marketing and Operations Management Concentration.

Am an Engineering grad from India with a 2.5 Yrs exp in IT industry, Im looking for a career change into Marketing sector.

Please share thoughts on the school, And as im changing my career track , What would be opportunities after my graduation ??

I think this is a good school for students with GMATs around 500 looking to return home. With an average salary around $43,000 (http://jobs.mgt.unm.edu/pdf/jobs_marketing.pdf) I don't think it has great placement potential into MBA level-roles, but I don't know this school well.

Do you aspire for the sort of jobs listed on that pdf? If yes, then it will work. If you have a GMAT closer to 600, or over 600, then a better school will be better.

I flunked my GMAT...Got Just a 500 !!

What are the other universities you would suggest me to apply for ??
