MBA program VS Phd Program

Hi everyone,
I am in space organization for more than 13 yrs.I am interested to do mba with majors in technology area.I want to know shall I get full scholarship at top b school?I also want to know is it good to do mba or Phd after working so many years in research organization. I am in dilemma. Pls suggest me.

A PhD will be best for a career as an academic and an MBA will be better for management. Scholarships have different criteria. Generally, you get a scholarship by being a much higher quality candidate than the vast majority of admitted candidates.

It's pretty rare for students to get full funding.
I would think that a PhD with a great research proposal *should* have better access to funding in terms of the total percentage of program cost.
All other things being equal, MBA students (at ranked schools) probably have proportionally less of the cost offset through scholarships vs PhDs, but should anticipate making more $$$ after graduation. ROI will be different.
