Please tell what is an international MBA, what does the term international imply?

An International MBA is an MBA. It's not different from an MBA: it's a subset of MBAs. That term has little specific meaning, other than it suggests the programme is aimed at international students expecting to work outside the school's domestic market. See: www.find-mba.com/board/38234
